Credits and tickets
- Each ticket opening is called a ticket.
- Each opened ticket costs 10 credits

- 10 credits $50(excl. VAT)
- 50 credits $200(excl. VAT)
- 100 credits $350(excl. VAT)
Notes!
- We do not guarantee bug fixing on framework dependencies and third-party libraries such as Propel, Doctrine or TinyMCE, and on used plugins and the project business code.
- We are at UTC/GMT +2 so when you open a ticket we can answer 9am to 7pm turkish time except holidays of the turkish calendar. We do not guarantee but most of our expert also work at night and saturday and sunday.
